Balzano Barrow Race

Preparations are well under way for the 2007 GWN Balzano Barrow Race. This charity fundraiser is a feature event in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.

Teams and individuals will be pushing their barrows from Kanowna to Kalgoorlie on Sunday, October 28. Entries close on Friday, October 19.

We are very pleased to announce BHP Billiton Nickel West have advised they are going to sponsor the Balzano Barrow race for $12,000 over three years.

This funding is to be used to encourage youth teams to enter the race and provide cash prizes to the relevant schools for their participation.
